Inductive Fluid Heaters - accessories

According to the project, the Inductive Fluid Heater may come with a series of installed components that aim to assist the customer in the operation and / or monitoring of the heating system, among which we can highlight:

Circulation pumps

Brascoelma can supply on its own skid one or more pumps already assembled and connected to the Inductive Heater, including blocking valves. The pumps can be centrifugal or geared, with gaskets or mechanical seals. In the case of air heaters, fans or blowers can be provided.

The control panel of the Inductive Heater will be provided with the necessary command to start and protect the pump motors.

Expansion tanks

For heating systems using thermal fluid, expansion tanks connected to the fluid circuit are required. During heating, the thermal fluid increases in volume (its viscosity decreases and so does its density). This additional volume is temporarily stored in the system's expansion tank.

Flow switches

For fluids with low working temperature(< 90 ºC), a flow switch can be installed in the pipeline to detect fluid flow through the Inductive Heater. This flow switch connected to the control of the Inductive Heater will guarantee its energization only when there is fluid circulating, being an additional protection to the system.

Differential pressure switches

In applications involving higher pressures and temperatures, differential pressure switches are used to monitor fluid flow. The pressure difference between the input and the output of the Inductive Heater allows to enable or not to energize it, being an additional protection to the system.
